Earth Science Westchester

Until now, where could you go in Westchester to hear cutting edge science in an intimate space?

Well, hear it now.  Find the newest, and most compelling talks by top minds in their field, enjoy a repast with scientists as you expand your mind in the tucked away section of Wicked Wolf Saloon.  Thanks to your support, we started in Black Bear but soon outgrew our home

This is an informal lecture at the forefront of science while enjoying excellent food and drink.  The event will have an informal pre-lecture gathering followed by a lecture and a question and answer period.

Two hours of professional development will be awarded to STANYS or NYESTA members with freebies.  This is necessary for your new Annual Professional Performance Review.

There is a $5.oo fee for non STANYS members to receive professional development and a "goodie bag".  Please pre-register to receive a printed certificate as well as related materials for your classroom

The series is designed to bring science to the public, so mark your calendar and bring a friend.  It all starts at 6:30 to bring a friend and stop on by.  21 and over please
